About VPNEI

Cross-Border Network
Services & Principles

Your destinations, route choices and account data are the starting points for understanding this service.

Service Scope & Coverage

VPNEI is a subscription service for cross-border network acceleration, built for people who need access to international websites, AI tools and overseas streaming services. It offers routes in 100+ countries / 180+ routes and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with unlimited devices connected at the same time. Routes connect you to international exit points; account eligibility, regional restrictions and content licensing are determined by each destination website.

Route Selection & Troubleshooting

Choose a route based on the region you need to access, then compare IEPL, relay and direct routes in that region. A route name does not guarantee a particular speed; your experience also depends on your local network, time of day and the service you’re accessing. If you have connection issues, first check that your subscription is active and your client has the latest routes, then try another route. If the problem persists, submit a support ticket through the user panel with your platform, route name and a description of the issue. Do not include subscription links or passwords.

Billing is straightforward: monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. This service offers a 30-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for application details.

Privacy & Data Minimization

VPNEI follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account and subscription management follow data-minimization principles: only information needed to provide the service is processed. No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Support requests should focus on the issue, and screenshots should be redacted to hide account credentials and subscription details. Military-grade encryption helps secure connections, but account passwords and subscription links should still be kept safe. See the Privacy Policy for details on data processing.
